Online registration

Please note it is essential for all attendees to register via the Online Registration Form together with payment of registration fees. All prices include GST. See Registration Payment details below.

You will receive a confirmation receipt number and letter by email when the form is complete.

Early bird registrations close on 31st March 2009.

Pre-Conference Workshop or Site Tour Only	Access to a Pre-Conference Workshop of Tour of your choice.	Individual prices apply for each tour or workshop. Please see the Workshop and Site Tours page for more details.
Option 1B: Full Registration	Available after 31st March 2009 Access to all sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the Welcome Reception, Public Forum, Sponsored by the Water Corporation and the Conference Dinner. Plus a Conference Satchel and Conference Proceedings.	1035.00

Option 3A: Member Day Registration	Access to all sessions on the day of your choice, plus a Conference Satchel	500.00

Option 4: Student Registration	Available after 31st March 2009 Access to all sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Public Forum, Sponsored by the Water Corporation plus a Conference Satchel and Conference Proceedings.	740.00

Registration and Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all Registrations and will not be processed until payment is received. Registration and payment can be made by completing the Online Registration Form and paying via the following methods:

Credit card – enter your credit card details in the specified area on the final page of your registration. Please note payment is accepted with Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.

Invoice – select the 'To Be Invoiced' option on the final page of your registration. Payment must be received no later than 14 days from the receipt of your Tax Invoice. The invoice will be forwarded to the details noted in the online registration. Should you register within 14 days of the conference, payment in full must be provided upon registration at the conference.

Cheque – select the Payment Via Cheque option on the final page of your registration and post your cheque along with your contact details to: the Conference Secretariat, Keynote Conferences, Suite 36, 375 Hay Street, Subiaco Mews, Subiaco, WA 6008.

Important note:
To be entitled to an early registration rate you are required to Register Online and make payment to the Conference Secretariat no later 31st March 2009. After this date full registration fees will be applicable.

Confirmation of Registration

You will be sent a confirmation letter acknowledging your registration and associated requirements in accordance with your Registration Form. You will not receive any further notice before the Conference. You will receive the final Program and list of delegates on arrival at the Conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of registration must be made in writing and forwarded to the Conference Secretariat:

The cancellation policy for the Conference is:

A fee of $300 will apply to all cancellations received in writing before 31st March 2009.

No refunds will be made after the 31st March 2009.

All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.

Unless otherwise notified as per the Cancellation Policy, non-attendance by the delegates will still require full payment of all Conference fees.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another name. If this is suitable please contact the Conference Secretariat on +61 8 9382 3799 or keynote@keynotewa.com

The organisers must be advised of the transfer in writing by 1st May 2009.
