Online Registration

Please note it is essential for all attendees to register via the Online Registration Form or using the pdf form together with payment of registration fees. All prices include GST. See Registration Payment details below.

Registration and Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all Registrations and will not be processed until payment is received. Registration and payment can be made by completing the Online Registration Form and paying via the following methods:

Credit card

Enter your credit card details in the specified area on the final page of your registration. Please note payment is accepted with Visa, MasterCard and American Express and cheques.

N.B. MasterCard and Visa Cards will incur a 2.5% merchant fee and American Express cards will incur a 3% merchant fee.

Invoice

Select the 'To Be Invoiced' option on the final page of your registration. Payment must be received no later than 14 days from the receipt of your Tax Invoice. The invoice will be forwarded to the details noted in the online registration. Should you register within 14 days of the conference, payment in full must be provided upon registration at the conference.

Cheque

Select the Payment Via Cheque option on the final page of your registration and post your cheque along with your contact details to: the Conference Secretariat, Keynote Conferences, Suite 36, 375 Hay Street, Subiaco Mews, Subiaco, WA 6008.

Important note:

To be entitled to an early registration rate you are required to Register Online and make payment to the Conference Secretariat no later 10th July 2009. After this date full registration fees will be applicable.

Confirmation of Registration

You will be sent a confirmation letter acknowledging your registration and associated requirements in accordance with your Registration Form. You will not receive any further notice before the Conference. You will receive the final Program on arrival at the Conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of registration must be made in writing and forwarded to the Conference Secretariat:

The cancellation policy for the Conference is:

Unless otherwise notified as per the Cancellation Policy, non-attendance by the delegates will still require full payment of all Conference fees.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another name. If this is suitable please contact the Conference Secretariat on +61 8 9382 3799 or keynote@keynotewa.com

The organisers must be advised of the transfer in writing by 25th September 2009
