Information for Poster Presenters

Should you wish to present a poster at this years Coastal Conference that will be held in Fremantle on 7-9 October then you are required to complete and return the Poster Presentations Information Pack by 21st August 2009 to the Conference Secretariat by email with the subject line of “Coastal Poster Information”.

Conditions for Poster Submissions

By forwarding this completed document to the Conference Secretariat you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:

1. Poster’s submitted by a registered attendee will cost an additional $50.00 Inc GST

2. Poster’s submitted by a non registered attendee will cost an additional $150.00 inc GST

Setup Guidelines

The following information will assist you in submitting your poster for display at the event. Please ensure that you follow the guidelines that have been set. If you have any questions about any of the information, please don’t hesitate to contact the Conference Secretariat.

Poster Sizes	The size of your poster must not exceed 800mm wide & 1200mm high.
Application For Display	All posters will be affixed to the display boards using double sided velcro dots. Presenters are requested to provide their own Velcro adhesive. We suggest that a poster would normally use approximately 6 - 8 double sided velcro dots.
It is a requirement that all Posters must be set up and set down by the person responsible for the Poster.
Set Up Times	Wednesday 7th October, 2.00pm – 5.00pm. Please note that there will be a welcome reception in the venue hosting the posters. As such we need all posters to be ready by 5.00pm on Wednesday
Set Down Times	Friday 9th October, 4.00pm.
Poster Display Location	The Poster Display will be located in the “5th Western Australian State Coastal Conference 2009” Convention Centre of the Esplanade Hotel, Fremantle.
