Speaker Guidelines for Applying for a Program Presentation Position

All potential speakers are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

Download a copy of the abstract proforma from the Conference website.
Submit your abstract proforma, clearly indicating your proposed presentation title, three dot points, presenting authors name, contact details, any associated authors and a short biography via email to keynote@keynotewa.com by Friday 22nd May 2009

All applicants will be advised of the program committee's decision on their submission by early May 2009.

Speaker Requirements:

In accepting a presentation position at the Conference, all speakers agree to provide the following material to the Conference Secretariat:

Register and pay for your attendance at the Conference.
Provide a completed paper for inclusion in the proceedings, due 10th July 2009.
Provide a current digital photo in jpg format
Complete and return the speakers information kit.

Speakers who comply with the above requirements will be eligible for a discounted registration. Each speaker has the option to upgrade their paper with more recent information before the Conference should this be required.

All speakers are also require to attend a meeting with the audio visual technicians on the day of their presentation at 8.00am to confirm their presentations are in order and to meet their chairperson.
