Option A rates are applicable till Friday 28th August 2009 from this date on the Option B rates will apply.
All registration types include Friday and Saturday conference sessions and one ticket to the welcome reception.

Payment of fees must accompany all Registrations and will not be processed until payment is received. Registration and payment can be made by completing the Online Registration Form and paying via the following methods:
Credit card enter your credit card details in the specified area on the final page of your registration. Please note payment is accepted with Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.
Invoice select the 'To Be Invoiced' option on the final page of your registration. Payment must be received no later than 14 days from the receipt of your Tax Invoice. The invoice will be forwarded to the details noted in the online registration. Should you register within 14 days of the conference, payment in full must be provided upon registration at the conference.
Cheque select the Payment Via Cheque option on the final page of your registration and post your cheque along with your contact details to: the Conference Secretariat, Keynote Conferences, Suite 36, 375 Hay Street, Subiaco Mews, Subiaco, WA 6008.
To be entitled to an early registration rate you are required to Register Online and make payment to the Conference Secretariat no later 28th August 2009. After this date full registration fees will be applicable.
You will be sent a confirmation letter acknowledging your registration and associated requirements in accordance with your Registration Form. You will not receive any further notice before the Conference. You will receive the final Program and list of delegates on arrival at the Conference.

As an alternative to cancelling, a registration can be changed into another name up to two weeks prior to the event, however the request must be received in writing to be confirmed. If this is suitable please contact the Conference Secretariat on +61 8 9382 3799 or keynote@keynotewa.com
Please be aware that unless otherwise notified as per the Cancellation Policy, non-attendance by the delegates will still require full payment of all Conference fees.
