On behalf of the Australasian Curriculum, Assessment and Certification Authorities (ACACA), I have pleasure in inviting you to the annual ACACA Conference on 13-15 July 2009. It will be held in Perth at the University Club on the grounds of the University of Western Australia overlooking the picturesque Swan River.
The conference program includes focused input sessions and workshops that address national curriculum developments and challenges, which will provide opportunities for cooperative work nationally in assessment, certification pathways and Languages.
A special feature of this conference program will be its approach to meet the needs of delegates from schools, curriculum authorities and school authorities. The first day, focusing on national curriculum developments, is open to principal and subject associations, as well as school and curriculum authorities. The second day is specifically focused on policy and jurisdictional responses related to curriculum, assessment and certification.
